Mattereum is seeking an Investor Relations Manager to assist with all investor related activities as it relates to Series A, Bridge round funding and existing investors. The ultimate goal is to be the middle point of contact across all business functions, management and external parties, in order to orchestrate the investor outreach process.

At present, we’re 100% remote with core office hours 10am-5pm GMT. This is unlikely to change for the rest of the year, but an affinity for London is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact internally for investor related activities
  • Facilitate the investor outreach campaigns with Admin & Operation Support staff
  • Manage investor leads using Hubspot CRM system
  • Update and present investor outreach performance and statistics on a weekly basis
  • Use Crunchbase to generate new investor target lists
  • Use Crunchbase, LinkedIn and the web to compile necessary information for investor meeting briefs
  • Analyze the ‘no’ responses and communicate fund feedback from outreach process
  • Guide the Product team with customisation of new and existing investor presentations, based on CEO/team/investor feedback
  • Assist completing online investor pitch forms, seeking guidance from relevant departments when necessary
  • Assist Admin & Operations team with email responses when additional information is required
  • Manage KYC/KYB & AML process with all potential investors
  • Follow through with any investor ideas or intro’s being communicated through various communication channels, including Slack

Education, skills and Knowledge

  • Proven account or project management or other relevant experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple activities at one time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent time and project management skills. You’re always looking to improve inefficient processes
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills, showing initiative in situations where required
  • Working knowledge CRM data management software and G Suite a bonus
  • Demonstrated ability to assist with any additional work as needed with a can-do attitude
  • Have a genuine interest in Venture Capital and the capital raising process that start ups have to endure
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Educated to a degree level
